The day, my mother passed away, was a challenging day and overwhelming. But I knew that I needed to begin the process of the legal stuff and planning. I connected instantly with Rosie M Torres from Omega Society. She gave me a rough quote of services as I compared it to others. But there was just no way I could turn down what was being offered through Omega Society . The connection, the caring, the details, and all the organization was extremely comforting, and enabled me to have the strength to move forward. I accepted your services. And it was nothing short of perfect. Calls, texts and emails were done very efficiently for the details, date confirmations and approvals. I believe it was very respectful as the options, presented to my family and having choices of what we would like to do on our Moms behalf, was beautiful. It was also very comforting to have an advocate when I couldn’t remember things during a time when grieving was still so fresh. I knew things would still get done through this process because of Omega Society . I believe one of the most amazing things was being allowed to have my mom’s viewing at her home. When Ms Torres presented this idea I was floored! So many people were shocked, but yet amazed at how beautiful it all ended up. The compliments are still coming in . To get the casket into her bedroom with measurements and making sure it all worked was superior and so encouraging with the organization of Omega Society . My mom was supposed to come home on hospice, but never made it home so we brought her home anyways all made possible by you. It was the most beautiful home going time I’ve ever experienced and so grateful it was for my mom who deserved everything. I didn’t have a mortuary in mind for my mother’s cremation when she suddenly passed. It was late at night and I had no clue what to do or who to choose. The nurse in charge of her hospice suggested Omega Society as she had experience with them and said they were very good. She was right….everything went smoothly from day one and the price was very reasonable. I needed a few things to be done in order to finalize everything and Dominic went above and beyond in his efforts to help me get everything squared away. They even helped me with aspects for my father’s remains even tho they had not originally cremated him there. Very professional and very thorough. I’m so glad I chose Omega Society for my family’s needs. Highly recommended!
