This mortuary only cares about the money they can make, i was treated very rude by danuel, i called numerous time and he did not return my call, when i finally reached him, he was rude and yelled at me. my husband and i made pre arrangments. then devorced after 22 years. his brother decided to make the arrangements using my insurance which i paid for. my ex husband was an artist and had over 500 paintings with a value of millions. since i had no say so in putting him to rest, his brother should had paid for it, the mortuary should have listen to my side, but no, they basic told me tl p--- off. take your arrangements to a different mortuary where they respect you. you can change the montuary will make all arrangement, call your insurance co.

Our brother passed in March. After calling 5 or 6 other places Hilgenfeld was the first place that was able to take in my brother. We were very pleased with the service we were provided. I live in Tennessee, so to receive the treatment we did was a breath of fresh air. Edith was Fantastic. She treated us like we were family. I would highly recommend Hilgenfeld Mortuary and Edith!!
