We are so grateful for the care that was given to our family by Castleton Funeral Home when our son passed away. With the shock of his death, we struggled to figure out what the next steps were so we called the funeral home, gave basic information and we told that we would get a call back in a few minutes. With that next call, Terry immediately started explaining what our next steps were and put into action how they needed to be handled. Our son's death was complicated with many different people that were involved and Terry assisted with every aspect. He guided our decisions for the service based on the type of person our son was and what he would have wanted. He even facilitated getting our son's pharmacy white coat from his school so that it could be on display at the service. When it arrived, it clearly had been worn through many labs and Terry went so far as to have it dry cleaned so that it would look perfect for the service. All of the staff at Castleton Funeral Home were kind, respectful and caring as we said goodbye to our son. We cannot put into words how amazing they were to us at a time when we were beyond devastated. We highly recommend their services and know that our son was treated with the utmost compassion and dignity. We would not hesitate to recommend Castleton Funeral Home to our friends and family.
