I had a very good experience at Ratterman considering the situation. They were very understanding and transparent about how everything would go and took wonderful care of my mother until the cremation. They have a very helpful and friendly staff who explained everything to me simply with everything I was dealing with at the time. They have also reached out to me after just doing a wellness check and provided information and programs to help deal with grief and loss which I am very grateful for. I am 100 percent satisfied with all there services and would highly recommend them to anyone needing funeral services

My dad passed on March 22,2023 in a house fire, so to say I was devastated would be an understated. However, I knew Ratterman & sons funeral home was where I needed to go. My family has used them and their services for years and we'll continue to do so. Kenny Hardin and his team were able to make one of the worst experiences of my life into a pleasant and smooth process. Everyone we came into contact with at Ratterman's was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Kenny was wonderful in helping us with the details of my husband's funeral. He gave us several options and we never felt rushed to decide. The funeral home itself is clean and welcoming. We had the entire place to ourself as Ratterman's only schedules one funeral at a time.
