This is the place to go from start to finish when you lose a loved one. Bob is kind, caring, and compassionate and works with you to fulfill the wishes of your family and departed loved one. Robin helps you with great advice on the "business" side of things. She has a wealth of knowledge in this area. I highly recommend you use this business in your time of need.

Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable The only suggestion I could give is that if you are able, is to give them as much information over the phone to get the process started. As I had just had surgery and sitting for the 45 minutes it takes to start the cremation process, was a bit hard on me. Other than that, which was more my problem than theirs, they are wonderful to work with.

Rainier Memorial Center may be fine if you live locally, but if your primary residence is anywhere outside of Yakima, I recommend working with a different funeral home. It was exceedingly difficult to pay for the services rendered and it took far longer than necessary to receive the death certificate. Because cremation is not performed in Yakima (unbeknownst to me until after the death), I have not been able to pick up the ashes in a timely manner. Overall, a very disappointing experience during an already difficult time.
