Becca was beyond amazing! My Grandmother passed living in Texas and Becca helped us with all our questions and concerns we had! She also helped us get my Grandma USPSed up to Michigan so we would not have to have any extra worries! With that being said they also helped us when my Grandma was not delivered on time and got that taken care of! Grandma is safely back in Michigan! Thank you all for your help!!!!!

Sadly, we lost our baby Noah during the pregnancy. It has been such a heartbreaking time for us. However, we were recommended by the women's center of Methodist Hospital to reach out to Puente & Sons. The care and sensitivity they showed us was so appreciated during our time of loss. They handled our son with dignity and respect. Not to mention they made sure that we had some resources to help us through this difficult time along the way. Nice at first until we knew we could not afford. Had to find another place and told them we were gonna have to go elsewhere. Then they were rude and constantly hounding us. They even made fun of my daughter on the phone. They thought they hung up and when they realized, they were like oops..hang up, hang up real quick. That was Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
