This review has been so hard for me to write. Heart of Texas is the last place my child was on this earth. I want others who are considering using Heart of TX that it would be an excellent decision. From the first phone call to receiving my loved one's ashes, Heart of TX was so kind and respectful. Heart of TX came promptly and treated my loved one with dignity upon her transfer. They were very respectful of those who were there grieving her passing. From my first inquiries with Marina, she explained all options available and the costs. The costs are so reasonable. Very affordable! Heart of TX handled the cremation in a timely manner. I was well informed every step of the process. The most precious memory of the entire process was Marina. She was so very patient with me. She allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted until I felt secure and at peace. Marina was so clear and concise, yet, so loving and respectful of my loss. Marina allowed me, through my tears and pain, to tell my story. She didn't rush me. Marina listened! So grateful to Heart of TX for the service they provide. Heart of TX is so needed in our community. I am most grateful though for Marina. She is amazing. I would highly recommend Heart of Texas Cremation.

Please commend our funeral director Marina P. Reyna. She so deserves commendation for all she did for us. From start to finish Marina was absolutely compassionate, caring, informative and very professional. She made our family feel at ease. We knew we were in the best of hands as we navigated thru a painful time for our family. Heart of Texas Cremations was wonderful. They were all so professional, kind and respectful. James Hoover was amazing to deal with during the whole process. He made a very difficult time so much easier. A heartfelt thank you to each person involved.
