We had a funeral for my little brother. They rushed us out by 7:49. We had until 8pm with our last moments with him. I understand you're trying to leave but they should be more compassionate towards the grieving family. They also said they would give us a recording of the funeral since he has 3 little girls. It would've been nice to show them in the future. They ended up saying they do not do this. Then why say it? We lost out on that memory forever. Just don't lie about it and we wouldve just found someone to record part of it. However they were helping a bit with setup, everything just seemed so rushed.

If I could give no stars that would be correct. Rude! That's all I can say about the horrible man who runs the show. Services were until 8pm, this man locked the front door at 7:15pm and started pushing us out the back door at 7:20-ish. No one should ever be rushed out from saying their final good byes to a loved one, or giving condolences to the grieving family. Very sad we had to experience this while going through such a tough time.

The funeral home is small but lovely. The man who runs it on the other hand...wow! Rude! Not at all friendly or compassionate towards grieving family members. We realize the viewing services are done at 8pm but this man started pushing us out right at 7:25pm. "Move forward" is all he kept saying. Interrupting conversations, hugs between loved ones, and just herding us out like cattle. No way to treat families who are morning the lost of a loved one. Please find a better place to take your loved ones or just be prepared to hurry out of the funeral home before your time is up.
