I chose Prineville Funeral Home not only because their prices are the most reasonable of the funeral homes that I called, but mostly because of their amazing customer service during this phone call. Today I got to meet with Ethan to sign paperwork. He was wonderfully professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and explained everything clearly and in detail. The experience couldn't have been better.
