Planning a funeral for a loved one is never easy, it’s a moment that changes your life forever. It was heartbreaking for my family to loose my dad. Not knowing what we needed to do, or where to start was so sad and confusing. However, when you go to San Jacinto Funeral Home, and meet the staff, they make you feel welcomed. We had Adriana Lopez, help us from the beginning to the end, and so much more. To this day, Adriana is always available when we need anything or have questions in general (my dad passed away in 2021). The attention she has given my mom, and to our family has been amazing. If you need someone who cares, and is attentive to your needs for your family, ask for Adriana Lopez.

I absolutely recommend this funeral home and Adriana specifically. They went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue. I’m writing this review after making contracts with them. My life got more complicated recently and I needed time to manage my finances they were willing to sit down with me to discuss a solution. That is the reason why I’m writing this recommendation now. Thank you. Y’all did not need to move mountains but you did. Also Adriana was key to this working out.

Please Be AWARE, I am flabbergasted with the service in the horrible experience with funeral director Marisol. With us and the lost of our loved one we did not receive the care comfort or compassion. Marisol lacked professionalism, communication and proper etiquette. I felt like I chose the correct Funeral Home however at the end of the service and before the service, she said if y’all wanna come through and do a pass by you can and head outside to y’all cars. At the end of the service, she never thanked anyone for coming. She was very shy. She doesn’t dress professional. And she looks very scared of people and in this field, I believe the staff associates were more involved than she was. I also paid for butterflies. The butterflies were done under a canopy that the butterflies Could not escape And the butterflies fell to the ground because they were enclosed under underneath the tarp Rather than her giving us instructions on how to proceed we felt it was a complete disaster and the butterflies were on the ground. At the end of the service, she didn’t even offer her condolences or anything and After they closed the hole. Please Don’t come here they will just take your money and not give you the Care or compassion they see you as a Number
