On several occasions, Jan came to our rescue when we needed something changed. She also followed up with ANY request we had to make sure everything we asked for or about, was what we wanted. And on the day of our mum’s service, ALL of the staff were exceptional. It was a VERY emotional day. But their patience and empathy for us was more than expected. I requested the names of everyone who worked that day, (April 20, 2024 @ the Conway location) and an email was sent to me with their names, so we will be sending them each a thank you card. The staff at the location where Brian Crawley works, were also fantastic.

Going through the death of a loved one is never easy. But, I am so grateful that both my parents had the foresight to make advanced preparations with Baldwin-Fairchild. I would have been completely lost without Baldwin-Fairchild's help. They handled and or gave me information and direction on everything. The funeral director William Riley was amazing. I am truly grateful for all they did.

Honestly,, this is an experience like non other. Going through the grieving process of losing my mother and making arrangements for her to be returned to Jamaica, her final resting place. Knowing someone is patient, kind and understanding is what I needed. Ms Brooke Heldman the funeral director did just that.
