I can’t say enough about Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville Chapel. Tisha and Beth made this whole experience bearable. No request was too much, no time was a burden, they cared for my brother truly. Tisha has known us forever so for her, this was family she was caring for but Beth never got to meet my brother, yet she cared for him and every little detail as if it were her own child. I have never been more grateful. They both did an exceptional job. I can never thank them enough. The services were perfect because of them, their dedication, and the love they have shown.

Very professional personnel with a Very caring attitude and willingness to help take care of arrangements without prompting on our part. This allowed our family time to grieve and make our final goodbyes. Overall great experience considering the circumstances. Would recommend them to everyone that is looking for excellent care for the departed and their family.

I cannot say enough good things about Beth Johnson and her staff there. From the 1st phone call until after the burial, they were all extremely kind, understanding, helpful and always very professional. This was a very difficult time for me and my family as I am sure it always is for others. They could simply not have done a better job of guiding us through this. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in their time of need.
