I would truly like to thank the entire Powell Coleman team on their amazing efforts done for my family in time of need. They were extremely understanding and patient during our loss. The Powell Coleman team made my both my parents look very nice and peaceful, as if they were asleep😌. The entire staff were professional and helpful with everything throughout the process. Telicia was very pleasing to work with she laughed with us she was very down to earth caring and sincere. I used the service for my brother, I received a call from the lady that walks you through the whole process. Short lite skinned lady with lite patches in facial area. I had buried my mother a year before and had to make aggrements for my brother a year later. The poblem came in when I missed the calls for the first week from her to come in and pick up my brother's ashes it delays fir different reasons why it took longer andcI wasctrying to be patient, my mind was not in the present. When I came in I did not remember what I was told but the lady said to me in a nasty manner why didn't I call first. I agree with her, if that is the rule but why be nasty about it with her tone and body language. I would have had know problem with leaving and making proper aggrements to come in.
