I want to thank the Funeral Director Avis, and her staff for the exemplary service that we received during such a difficult time. Avis walked us through the entire planning step by step. When we had questions after we left the funeral home, they were answered in a timely and professional manner. Our experience was wonderful! Avis the funeral director was amazing she took her time with us making arrangements for my Mother we spent 3 hours talking and sharing memories with her she truly is a angel here on earth, she made a very difficult day into one that I will cherish! Thank you for making my Mother look beautiful as she was laid to rest and being so kind and wonderful with us! We will never forget how you made us feel! God bless and Thank you! ❤️

Mr. Williams, I have been trying to contact you for the last four days. I have made several attempts and documented the times ,duration and dates of my calls. I have spoken with four members of your staff in detail with message to pass on to you. I have a video of the cemetery service provided to my mother for your viewing if you need to view my family concerns. I have contacted nine other funeral service in my area to view the video for their comments. All nine was disgust with the service, but most importantly embarrass of your disrespect to the deceased and it’s mourners. Which all agreed that respect is their number one priority. I have also contacted Managing Editor,Kerry Erickson with your local news. I will like to come to terms to a satisfactory agreement on the poor disrespectful service of my mom burial service on April 2021. I hope to hear from you so we can resolve this issue in a more private matter. Thank you. UPDATE: 1/19/23 I am saddened to see that the poor practices has continues even after two years. The death of my mother was the most saddest day in my life. The second saddest day in my life was my mom’s funeral service.
