Pollard Funeral Home taken care of many members of my family. I appreciate their service.

I am sorry to those who felt they had a bad experience. HOWEVER, I HAVE UTILIZED THE SERVICES OF POLLARD FUNERAL HOME ON 3 OCCASIONS..THE BURIAL OF A SISTER, A BROTHER, AND VERY RECENTLY, MY MOTHER. Their work was above-and-beyond exceptional every step of the way. The entire staff was kind, caring and very, very professional!!! Mr. Pollard himself was involved, and on top of every step of the process, as was Mrs. Pollard. I also received amazing service from Reggie as well. Due to the nature of their business, I would love to think I won't need their services again. However, if I do, I will contact them without a second thought!!! Do not recommend this place to anyone. Have had to watch my friend go through it when Pollard funeral home should be have TAKING CARE OF IT. Very unprofessional business an all of them should be fired an out of business. How you gonna have a hole not dug for the casket, then the next day all of them go out there an now the cement vault isn’t in.. that’s your only job is to make sure a funeral goes smooth but these people can’t even do that. Take your loved ones else where
