I had called prior to my father's death to inquire about pricing. After his death, he was picked up quickly and professionally. The staff member who called the next day was also courteous, he went over my needs, help fill out the paperwork, and sent it over to sign. When I later had changes, he had no problems changing it, even though it was less money. He never pressured me on spending more money and had a great sense of humor, which I appreciated. I was called when his ashes were ready, called again when the death certificate was mailed so I could be watching for it. I would highly recommend for anyone needing these services. They definitely made a difficult time a little easier.
