5 stars isn't enough to express how I feel about Olde Towne Funeral Home. From the moment I stepped in I instantly felt comfortable and not as nervous as I was greeted by Carla. It didn't have that funeral home feeling at all and I was amazed and at ease with its down home feeling as I was led through the rooms to meet with Todd. The genuine compassion and care that was instantly shown by Carla and Todd helped me get through the pre-arrangements with ease. I knew what my husband wanted and Todd respected my decisions, kindly guided me every step of the way through the process, answering each question I had. When my husband passed, Carla was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me navigate the next steps, even taking on some of my responsibility herself to make it easier for me. What a blessing they both have been to me. I would highly recommend Olde Towne Funeral Home.

I can't begin to describe the anguish and devastation of losing my 36 year old son. No parent really expects to bury a child. My son was born and raised in Manassas, Virginia. One important factor to his father and I; was make his final arrangements where he felt at home the most. I called Lori on the phone and she was able to walk me through any questions that I had. I never felt pressured. I felt she was professional, informative and kind. What set her apart from others I had spoken with over the phone was her undeniable compassion. Anything; I wanted to know - Lori knew. When I went here in person. It was clean; neat and warm. The chapel was just what was needed. It was large enough; yet still felt comfortable. Also, there was a large screen monitor; as well as well as overflow room. When the day came to lay my beautiful boy to rest; all the arrangements were flawless. Even after all the details and arrangements were over; days passed - I continued to get excellent service from this fine establishment. If you have to go through the tragedy of losing a loved one; I definitely would recommend Olde Towne Funeral Home. My sincere prayers are with you/families whom had/have the need to read my post. Everyone did a great job, from beginning to end they did everything and we were so thankful for everything, Lori and Karla and the whole team thanks so much!! All the expenses were in our budget and they helps us to do the process to sent out the remaining to out of state which as a family we weren’t aware of anything Again thanks team!!!
