Edit to this review has been made because Baker-Post sent me a cease and desist letter. Let that alone tell you something. I had used Baker Post for my grandmother's funeral 8 years ago and worked with a very kind and sweet man. We went back to Baker Post expecting the same treatment and were sad to see he was not there. Working with Connor is like working with a car salesman. Any information we received from Connor needed to be asked in pointed questions because of his failure to communicate meaningful and helpful information. He lacked compassion and was completely callused and unfeeling towards a family in grief at the unexpected loss of a young family member. Speaking with his father was to be berated and insulted which made the situation even worse. They called us not even a week after having signed their contract demanding we tell them when and where we are to have the service after only 5 days of having our loved one in their possession. We voiced on several occasions we have no idea how the process works and instead of being helpful they were unkind. Pierce funeral services on the other hand were amazing and very helpful to us in our desperate time of need. You are warned, do not use Baker Post Funeral services.

Baker Post took care of my Brother’s cremation and memorial service. I was beyond happy with their service. Their professionalism and empathy to our family was just remarkable. They went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. I highly recommend their services.
