Sandy and her team handled my sister’s arrangements with care and attention to detail. Through all the hiccups and frustrations, they were considerate, realistic but understanding, very patient and punctual, and with every meticulous detail, they ensured it was everything we asked for and more. We sent our sister off beautifully and can not thank Pax Villa enough.

Sandra gave my mom a wonderful service by ensuring that all of our needs/request were met. Be detailed and specific and she will ensure to do that for you. She added a nice flower in my mom’s casket which matched the program- it was such a nice touch. She was comforting to the guests as they viewed my mom and performed such a nice service. She was quick to action when my sister flowers didn’t arrive because of the 3rd party florist. Last but not least, she took sentimental pictures as my sisters and i stood over my mom before the casket closed. I will forever treasure those pictures.
