We were taken care of by such a wonderful group of people. They guided us through each step of the process and provided service that was beyond expectations. The celebration of my dad's life was beautiful, and our director Kristin helped us with difficult decisions, kept us in budget and made everything happen that we wanted and needed. All of the special requests we had, she made it happen. The whole team at Bill Merritt went above and beyond to make my family comfortable and at ease. This funeral home came as part of our pre-planning for funerals, something I wish I had done years ago. They were kind, friendly and helpful when we used them for a family member's cremation. No fuss, no muss, picked them up and took them to the funeral home quickly with no problems. We did have to wait a little while but it was due to the lateness of the hour, I can understand that. They especially didn't try to push anything we didn't want as it was a simple cremation per the person's request. I appreciate that so much as it was a bit of trying time of course. Cannot recommend them enough for their help and the fact they made sure we understood everything.
