I had an great experience (great as possible based on circumstances) with Robert Bryant Funeral Home. The owner was attentive, caring and thoughtful during the process. He answered all my questions (and I called repeatedly), and gave my the best advice on how to handle my fathers passing. The funeral home itself was quiet, and had a compassionate feel upon our arrival. My sister and I dealt directly with the owner, and were extremely satisfied with his advice, concern, and patience with us through such a trying time. The location is close to our home, and although our father passed in Citrus County, Mr. Bryant offered to go directly to our dad himself, and make sure he was treated with the respect and honor he deserved as our dad, a veteran and a long time Central Florida business owner. Thank you Mr. Bryant for being there for us. We appreciate all you did.

This place is trash. All the negative reviews are true!!! The most insensitive, untrustworthy, greedy crypt keepers. Trell the owner puts on his used car salesman persona at the beginning but his true sleazy qualities eventually reveal themselves. Including him cynically laughing at me when I told him his services were not worth the price. He also employs family members, Mariella and Edwin - who are skeemers as well. Mariella is great at lying. She and her son somehow had documents related to our loved one’s passing at their home! And it was unavailable to trell when he had to answer questions. We paid extra to have the remains sent to CO from FL. Please see the photo below as to the presentation our loved one was sent to us in. This is pathetic! And so insensitive. I can see by the shipping label Robert Bryant Funeral home made $127 off of shipping ashes and couldn’t even include a sympathetic card, or tissue paper. We got dusty crumpled up paper. Also worth mentioning, we drove to FL immediately following the news of the tragic sudden passing of our loved ones. We were supposed to have a meeting Monday May 15th at 9:30 am to see the body. That was taken away from us by Mariella and her skeeming. We were told her body was elsewhere and a viewing was not possible. Yesterday when I spoke with Trell he tried saying they would never deprive a family of that. Well they did. Further research into the agency that regulates the funeral and cremation industry in FL has revealed Trell is not a licensed funeral home director. And please note- the person commenting on behalf of the business quickly dismisses negative reviews as “erroneous” and uses “bless you” which we all know what that means. Update: a funeral home employee responded to this review by publishing my name, address, and phone. That reply was taken down by Google. I can presume the author of the reply had ill will when posting my personal information as retaliation for a this negative review.
