I recently laid my son to rest and Parrott Funeral Home was an excellent choice for me and my family. The staff was kind, respectful and attentive to our needs. Heather made my son look serene and peaceful for his viewing. I highly recommend this place for all your funeral arrangements. These guys are amazing!!!

Jackie was a wonderful help after my father passed away suddenly. She explained each step of the process throughly, from life insurance to the memorial service to making arrangements at Arlington. She made it as easy as possible and did anything she could to reduce any additional stress. I would highly recommend both her and Parrott Funeral Home.

We have used Parrot for 2 adult funerals that occurred about 14 years apart--in each instance we worked with Heather. She is a force of nature who seems to let no obstacle stand in her way, she is engaged, knowledgeable, respectful and caring. My mother had problems with the cemetery with the earlier burial that Heather was able to deal with so the problem did not occur the second time. They handled the procession, making all of the arrangements with the local authorities so that there were no stragglers when we arrived at the cemetery. I've no clue how anyone could give a 1 star to this organization and would be skeptical of such a review. Wanted to give an update. My mother passed in September of 2023 and I used Parrot. Again, the arrangements were outstanding, the staff incredibly well organized, personable and professional and I again would rate as highly as possible.
