AVOID AT ALL COST They took care of the arrangements for my aunt and the entire experience was a complete nightmare. She was unrecognizable in the casket her face looked like it was burned, her makeup was horribly done it looked like the work of a child, her earlobe was split and her chest looked like it was going to burst, she actually looked better before they touched her. They also STOLE jewelry that she was suppose to be buried with and rushed us through the entire process from the service to the burial site we were treated like herded cattle. They were practically pushing people into the funeral cars even though we were only five minutes away from the grave site and they even rushed to bury her. Their was no sense of compassion for the family or the guest present, they even interrupted her children's grieving. They were completely unprofessional and NONE of the staff apologize for any of the MANY MANY HORRIBLE mistakes made, we were treated like we were just another number in the way of their next job. Please avoid this horrible business your love one's deserver better.

This place and Mrs Sheila did a wonderful job assisting me with the unexpected death of my husband. She had all his papers together and ready to sign and made this experience very simple for me. They never pushed any agendas or unnecessary purchases actually it was very reasonable and professional

My Mama passed away Aug 6th 2022. She was transported to Jones Brothers that same day with all her belongings from hospice, with the value of almost $1,000 as well as videos she left for my kids( the youngest 4)on her death bed. When I came to pick her up in her Urn, they couldn't find her items, they don't know what happened to them. I first waited weeks to get my Mama back then weeks for them to say they are trying to find the items or they would replace them, to them getting a lawyer to say they aren't responsible for what they lost. I'm very upset at this whole thing but what hurts the most is that my kids won't get to hear what my Mama said to them right before she passed. Wouldn't give 1 star for this service.
