It's been a few years since my mom passed away. Parker mortuary was kind during that hard time for my family. I'm leaving this review because to this day it haunts me.... every time I drive by all I can think is how when I went to pick up my mother's remains they cared so little that they gave me the wrong person. I had somebody else's loved one and I had to come back the next day and I'm wondering if I even received the right person the second time? Did they just slap my mom's info on a random container? Did she go home with somebody else? If you have any kind of power to do so I recommend using a different business. When i got the wrong persons remains I think her name was Vera Vivian Kuhn or maybe it was Kuhl ... it had just about everything from their name to DOB and even had their SSN I believe. If somebody got my mom they could have faked her identity. They never even apologized..... the woman who helped when I went back the next day just kind of looked at me. So now anybody I come across I tell them about this. I'm still hurt from that.

When my father-in-law passed away, I was very impressed by their compassion and commitment to help us not only in our grieving , but also they helped so much in taking care of the arrangements and tying up all the loose ends with VA and other paperwork. Thank you so very much!
