HORRIBLE SERVICE! I Live in California and paid to have my cousin cremated here and they didn’t do anything proper or professional. I asked for his braid, all clothes (except for under garments) and anything he had on his person.. They gave me NONE OF THAT! Then when I paid to have him shipped to me they didn’t write my address on the box and he ended up in a random post office in my town. HE WAS NOT HANDLED WITH CARE BY THEM!! They also kept putting me off on the phone over and over and made me wait almost 2 weeks to pay and get paperwork rolling… DENNIS AND JD are very un professional and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSSINESS TO CARE FOR YOUR BELOVED FAMILY MEMBER!! BEWARE!!!! If I could give negative stars I would.. Rebuttal to Ozark.. no your company put my phone number as my address and not proper zip.. please don’t put blame on someone else when it was all JD. And who is treating violence? Your company is rude and conniving. Now you are trying to make us look bad when you are the ones who dropped the ball.. shame on you all

Disgraceful, treated my family member less than human because they disagreed with their lifestyle. We requested their personal belongings and they denied them to us. They didn’t even put the proper address on our family members cremated remains so they literally got lost in the mail. Thank you so much Ozark Memorial, made an experience that was already heart breaking, so so much harder. Do not recommend this place, very unprofessional and non comforting, they don’t take their jobs or your family members remains seriously 👎🏻

The way your company treated my cousin was appalling! You told me “he’s just a transient” what kind of comment is that?!? He’s my cousin and I love him and he was a person! How dare you be little people and judge. Only God can judge you. May GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOU ALL.
