I can't say enough good about Mason Woodard, their many kindnesses and their excellent service to our family at my husband's passing. They went out of state, going the extra mile (literally) to bring his body back and they took care of it per our family's wishes. Dan and Kris were very patient, waiting for family input to the obituary and to the service program, offering helpful advice and guidance through a very difficult time. Mason Woodard is definitely a compassionate, trustworthy and caring group of people!

I keep taking my brothers necklace out of the baggie they gave me with his belongings (which I had to ask for) because I can't believe he's gone. They didn't remove it when he was cremated. They got the chain, but not the 2.5" pendant. How does that happen? It smells like burned flesh and I hope the flakes in the bag are from the metal and not his flesh that was baked into it. They also didn't seperate out ashes for distribution like they said they would do for me. Now I have to scoop my brothers ashes into seperate bags for family. I am so heart broke and devestated. I want to thank Austin. While they did make mistakes, they also tried to do what they could to make it, if not right, easier on the family in our time of grief. I chose MW because they gave us such good service when my father passed. We are all human and sometimes it's hard to remember that.
