We were referred to the Palms. We chose this location because it was close to home and had good ratings. We had our initial appointment with Frank. From the time we walked in the door we knew we had made the right choice. Frank and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We told Frank what we wanted and he worked with us every step of the way to accomplish our plan. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had as we got closer to mom’s passing. Mom chose cremation. The pricing was comparable and the process was explained and followed through with ease. When mom passed the process couldn’t have gone smoother. Because of this it allowed us to celebrate mom’s next journey and memories without any stress of what to do next. We then met with Michael to finalize the details. Again we were greeted not with sorrow but smiles and affirmations that helped us to finish the process. He spent quality time with us listening to our needs and stories and memories about mom. Did not rush us through. Gave us the time we needed. When we picked up mom’s ashes I was taken through the process with the Palms Director. She was very friendly and thorough explaining everything I was getting and walked me and mom to our car. The ashes were beautifully packaged and secure. I cannot say enough great things about the Palms Mortuary. They exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.

They took care to memorialize the passing of my loved one. All employees were empathetic and understanding of our needs. The memorial table was incredible. It was a small summary of my father’s life but gave great introduction of things he enjoyed. Thank you Palm!

All of the staff we dealt with, lead by Mr. Michael Toth, had a very sincere sense of caring and comfort for me and my family as they calmly and efficiently took care of all of the details for my wife. They meticulously took us through all of the paperwork while at the same time, always giving us the room to reflect and grieve. They are true professionals and provide a most excellent service.!
