Palm Jones Mortuary was very attentive and effective during the whole process. They really personalized the viewing and they were able to problem solve when more people than expected showed up. We never felt pressured for anything and Ivette was so kind and thoughtful. All the staff was great. Definitely made a big difference from other places we had looked at.
