I am not from Vegas at all and rarely make trips there so I had no idea what to do when it came to loosing my loved one in a town im not from or where to start with arrangements. Erica was very polite very helpful and she started with everything with us then she became sick and her coworkers most definitely stepped up and did amazing while she was out. Once she got back to the office she called and checked on everything with me and it was a heart breaking time of my life made a little easier having there help. Thank you all for stepping in and helping to lay my beautiful mother to rest. 💜🙏

Erica was amazing, unfortunately we had to do funeral planning the day after our dad’s passing and they were able to get us an appointment the second day since we met with palms first. It’s so incredible how affordable their services are and how attending they are to my father. They even provided 21 guns and taps for my dad since he was in the Air Force. It’s greatly appreciated.
