The Honors Ceremony and team (Air Force) was Great … The Display of my Fathers Hobby (Shooting) medals, Hat Collection and transition of locations each for that day was seamless as we utilize the entire Mortuary... Awesome Job by a Great Team from Front Desk to Back Door and everything in-between. My personal experience with my Director Mike, was as if we were Highschool Class Mates whom knew each other through childhood... He Anticipation and execution of all my request and exceed most. My brother, passed and Nicole K., was very helpful. This was unexpected and extremely difficult. She was thorough and compassionate. Even with the most difficult of conversations, she was necessarily direct but caring.
