I spoke with Alexis today to ask for help. I am advocating for victims of Return to Nature in Colorado. Many of our families have been given cement instead of our loved ones' cremated remains. One of our families loves in Las Vegas. I asked Alexis if they would be willing to let her come in with the urn she was given in order to determine if the contents were cement or biological. Alexis stated that they were not willing to get involved. When I explained that I was only asking for them to see if they could determine if it was cement or biological, he reiterated that they were not willing to get involved. This answer would let a grieving mother know if she likely has her daughter. You can imagine how not knowing might feel. I will be adding Desert Memorial and Alexis to our small list of Do Not Contacts and suggest you do the same. It's clear that he lacks empathy in areas that I would imagine funeral director should have.

Very satisfied as Diane, and the entire staff was very helpful at our most time of need. I can't express my families gratitude enough. Unfortunately my brother that passed best friend wife passed as well. He was grateful for the recommendation. Much love!

At the end of October 23 I lost my best friend of 50+ years, devastating. Sunrise Cremation was recommended, so we gave them a try. In short, we had a wonderful experience and I thank Funeral Director Traci and the rest of her team, not only for their professionalism, but also for their kindness and consideration in a very dark hour...
