I could not be happier with the service that my family received from Lori and her staff at Palm Memorial Worden Chapel. With this being our 1st family death, Lori guided us through the whole process with respect, kindness, and understanding. I would most definitely recommend Palm Memorial and their wonderful staff any day of the week.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one/family member is never easy. Especially when it was a complicated relationship. But Lori Whatley at Palm Memorial Worden Chapel made it much easier than I thought it would be (this was the first funeral where I was next of kin). I was furious at first that someone would call me right after my dad passed away. In hindsight I completely understand why - think of a shotgun wedding (and why we got married at SF City Hall). Lori Whatley managed to make a person connection, even though I was remote (I live three hours away). She also took care of all of the hard stuff and I just had to do make small decisions - what do we want to eat, find a suit for my dad, flowers, etc. Don't even get me started with finding a Catholic Church that could do a mass and a rosary on a Monday. She helped with ALL OF IT. I was actually happy on the day of my dad's funeral because I finally got to meet Lori in person. And she got my dry and sarcastic sense of humor (not many people do). Thank you, Lori!

Excellent compassion and care from Laurie Whatley. She is very professional. She took the time to bring my husband’s ashes to my home. That is above and beyond service. Thank you Laurie.
