Not a 5 star review, Ms.Gwen is not the most pleasant person to speak to, she is not polite and hangs up on you before you're finished speaking. Being the business owner one would think she would act more profesional but that is not the case and of course there is no superior to report her to because she owns the place. For future businesses we will use a more profesional Funeral Home.

I trusted this funeral service as she (Gwin) was referred by family. I purchased a family car for $450.00. The car did not arrive on time, when I called to see why they were late, I was told the limo driver had to help unload the hearse and he was on his way. We got there at 10:00am, in time to line up with the family to walk in. We missed my dad's visitation from 9:00 - 10:00 am. This is time I will never get back. When I called Gwin to discuss it she refused to speak with me and blocked my number.....SAD

My family has entrusted several members to this caregiver and we have been pleased with the professional and tender services given.
