My Pa passed away today 09/01/23 @ 7:38 pm. Unfortunately North Santiam Funeral Services was called by mistake by hospice and I confirmed it. I am confused distraught can't think straight. Glen shows up to pick up Pa. After talking for a bit Glen mentions Wedle Funeral Home. That is when I realize the wrong home was called. Glen pointed out I confirmed the funeral home on the phone. I apologize to Glen. Glen said he can take Pa and we can figure it out later. He was axious to take Pa. He was extremely inpatient. I called Weddle Funeral Home to double check. When I told Glen, Weddle was coming to get Pa. Glen stormed out of the house slammed the doors on his van and drove off without saying a word. I was speechless. No compation, unprofessional, unsympathetic. I would never ever recommend this funeral home. The way my family was treated was unacceptable. I hope no family goes through what my just did.

I recently lost my mom and Glen Hilton at North Santiam Funeral Home took care of all the arrangements for us and he went above and beyond to make sure the service was perfect. He has so much kindness and compassion you couldn't ask for a better person to help in this time of need.I highly recommend North Santiam Funeral Home.

Glenn and his staff were wonderful to deal with following the passing of our mother. We really didn't know where to start or what to do. Glenn was always there to answer our questions and take care of issues so we could concentrate on more immediate family needs.
