At a time of loss, emotions are high and stressors are high. The last thing one needs is feeling tense or feeling rushed to put on a nice memorial and funeral for a loved one. This is why I was so thankful that we chose Groff's when the situation affected us. David and Lisa and their staff were comforting, engaging, patient, and very flexible working with the preferences and different perspectives of all involved. They were able to be most accommodating with last minute changes based on whims, and they provided a peaceful, respectful celebration of our loved one's life. We were always given options, and the experience and views shared during this difficult process were right on target and very tailored to our needs. I NEVER got the feeling that this was a business with Groff's. We felt like the staff and principals at Groff were extended family throughout the whole process, and that feeling is invaluable! As a physician who deals with the dying process with patients all too regularly, I will have no hesitation in sharing my VERY positive experience with Groff Funeral Home with all who seek my opinion

I spoke with a few funeral homes and David at Groff's was the first person I spoke with. He set the bar high for the rest of the calls to follow. I randomly popped in to look at the home and he instantly showed me around and gave me different ideas. From start to finish he was very helpful, considerate and patient throughout the whole process. All of the staff was very helpful and went above any beyond. Not only did I notice how professional and kind they were but my family noticed as well. Randy was our officiant an excellent speaker as well as a listener. He took the time to go around and speak with many of us, having enjoyable conversation but taking the time to learn more about our recently lost loved one. I can draw out a laundry list of all the large and small gestures made by Groff's to make the experience as pleasant and special as possible. I am very grateful! I would also like to mention I really liked how the funeral home itself wasn't gloomy and depressing. Lots of large windows, with natural light and nicely put together. I will definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend Groff’s funeral home hands down. Every staff person I connected with was a pleasure to work with and exuded professionalism. They made the challenging work of planning a funeral easy. Details were taken off of my plate before I even asked. They honored my loved one in so many ways. The facilities were beautiful and well kept. Every staff person went above and beyond. You could tell with their words and actions that they truly cared about our family and we were not just a business client. Thanks Groffs!
