Went to pick up a family members ashes, and the woman who "helped" us was quite curt, to the point of being rude, and seemed irritated that we were bothering them (we were told to come by anytime during regular hours, as we did). Thankfully, the earlier viewing of the body was handled by someone else, who was much more courteous and kind. But the woman with long, dark red dyed hair who brought the urn and took payment was not at all pleasant, and couldn't seem to get us out of the door fast enough.

Lucia , thank you so so much for all your help . You are one of a kind . You made our family feel at ease and took so many plannings of our shoulders. Thanks to you , we were able to have a beautiful service for my dad. Love the Tello family .

When my childhood friend died, his family held his service here. The staff were very kind, generous people. As my friend had an open casket, they did a spectacular job at preserving his body. It looked just like him. Depressing because death, but Unger's is a very private, personal place to be.
