Thank you so much for helping our family during a sad time of losing a husband, father, grand-father and great grand-father. We could not have asked for a nicer funeral and viewing. Every detail was met and we felt truly cared about. Taylor and the staff we met worked hard to insure that this time for us was met with great respect, dignity and care.

The staff at Nelsen in Ashland were very helpful, especially Angel who went out of her way to assure every detail was the exact way we wanted it conveyed about our dad. She is truly an Angel explaining the process and then asking how we wanted to proceed. This season in our life we experienced such a painful loss, but the staff at Nelsen's eased the pain by taking care of all the details, we could focus on celebrating a life with family and friends. I'm so glad we chose Nelsen in Ashland for our arrangements. They called someone in from another office to make sure our appointment was timely. They were not at all pushy, and explained everything so we could easily understand it. They even notified the SSA for us so we didn't have to handle that. I would only caution those who use this service to keep checking back to be sure things are being done on the correct time schedule.
