I cannot say enough good things about this business and its staff. As unfortunate as it is to reflect on, our family has used the Staples Mill home at least seven times. But every experience has been the very best it could have been. Nobody has ever tried to upsell us. We have made some strange requests, and they have never denied one. I was permitted to tend to my grandmother before the service. They were open to customizing just about everything for our family members. The staff made us laugh and smile when we were at our lowest. Bliley's truly does make you feel like family.

At no time did I feel at any pressure . They were very professional in preparing my brother for viewing and gave us all the time we need to make our peace. They have since called and emailed checking up on me and how I was doing. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with how Bliley's handled my mom's funeral arrangements. They were very polite, professional and considerate of our emotions. We also used their services with my mother-in-law in 1999. That's why we used them a second time.
