Horrible , They were the directors for my Brothers Home going Service yesterday and so many things were NOT OK . First of all my brother who was maybe a 42 in men's suit the family was instructed to bring a 50 reason being they had blown his body up with the inbalming process way over his size making the need for a Oversized Casket #Extrafees but the Show Stopper was that their limited staff then wasn't able to get my Brother to the Front of the Church where he should have been my Brother sat in the back of his own service embarrassing and unexceptable, This service USED to be my family go-to service but the unprofessional conduct I saw yesterday doesn't need this bad review the local guest saw it with there own experience. For those seeking services go where your. Loved Ones are Valued and Respected!
