Russ Edwards shouldn’t work here was so disrespectful an Nasty today. On December 8th we are gathering here to have some last words for my grandfather who has passed away. Which is already a difficult moment for my family Russ Edwards walks in an sees a big amount of people an says very rudely “man this family should’ve gotten a church or something” I just don’t get how you can say that. But also in the tone an manner how he said it was just so sick an rude man I hope someone can talk with Russ in management because I hope some other family doesn’t have to go through this I will let others know about my experience an Russ Edwards doesn’t seem like he likes being a funeral Director

Having buried multiple family members, we've used all three funeral homes in Pasco. All were kind and respectful; however, Mueller's was the absolute best with their genuine compassion and pride in conducting their services. Some difference I noticed while making arrangements was a tv screen in the room showing the options of costs with every step. Excellent communication between the staff and family in the days leading up to the service. The pastor that was was found on short notice, and he made an effort to make a connection with the grieving and gave a beautiful service. They created a slideshow our family will treasure, and no surprises or issues after the services were done.

We viewed our father here, while the circumstances were so hard and sad, the customer service and warmth the hard working people who work here provided us really made it easy for us to focus on grieving and remembering our dad. So weird to recommend a funeral home, but, i absolutely would recommend you lay your loved ones to rest here, or at least view them here. They were so kind and just wonderful. Thank you again!
