No one wants to shop for a cemetery plot for their child. Marce made it as pleasant and fast as she could. I'm super grateful for the support from all the staff as we walk this path.

Under the previous owners we waited 5 years to get my mother’s marker. The cemetery was not in good shape. After Columbia River took over within a few months we now have a beautiful marker for our mother. The grass is mowed and it is looking nice. Thank you for caring for our loved ones.

Update: I felt I should update my previous review of 1 star. Since posting my review, I was contacted directly by the potential new owner, who couldn't have been nicer. He indicated a purchase would probably go through within a month or two and asked that I give him time to research problems and make good on providing the placque. It took quite a bit of time, but the new staff was diligent (through all the COVID issues) and successfully provided the placque. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend working with this new staff. Thank you. Previous review: Zero stars would be more apt. My mother passed in September 2017. My father was laid to rest here in 1993. My parents bought these crypts when I was in junior high school which would have been around 1968-69. My mother's crypt has never been provided with a placque. I have called and called and called since March 1st. They keep indicating that they will check into it and call me back right away. They have never called me back. I am ready for an attorney. Very sad way to honor our loved ones. This place is a pit.
