Muehlebach did a great job walking my brothers and I through everything my brother and I needed to think about in terms of Visitation and Funeral arrangement for our Mom. Jim presented the options in a simple and straightforward manner and answered all of our questions as we talked through the process and did so in a gentle way during perhaps the toughest time in any family’s life. Just as impressive was how Muehlebach knew our Parish staff making arrangements with them without any bother for my brother and I. Other things - where the hearse and limos should go in the parking lot, arranging honorariums for those helping at the funeral, consolidating pictures and mementos after the Funeral – even down to details such as ordering death certificates. This enables my brother and I – and our extended family – to just focus on our Mom with all the heavenly details. Muehlebach took care of all the earthly details. I selected Muehlebach Funeral Care after losing a loved one earlier this year. From the first call the Muehlebach staff were professional, patient, and attentive to my families needs. One of the funeral home directors, Tana, came in on a Saturday and spent several hours with us to walk through the process and select the final plan. The team was flexible to our situation and used multiple methods of communication to stay in touch throughout. Losing a loved one is an emotionally draining time and Muehlebach ensured we had everything in order to execute our deceased last wishes.
