When my mom passed away recently I had to handle the funeral arrangements from across the country, which included the pretty awful task of flying her back to Kansas City. I had no idea what to do and I was overwhelmed to say the least. From the moment I called Steve, he was the kindest, most compassionate and helpful man. He made everything so simple and seamless for me. We did it all by phone, and he checked in with me every day until I arrived in town for the funeral. He walked me through everything and he just handled it with grace. I was (and still am) beyond grateful for this man. It was a beautiful service for my mom and he made such an insurmountable task of handling the funeral as easy as possible for me. Thank you Steve from the bottom of my heart.
