The Monarch Society is fantastic! We used the Monarch Society 27 years ago when my dad passed away and we remembered how great they were then. When my mom passed away on September 6, there was no question that we would use them again. They were kind, caring, not pushy and went way beyond anything I expected when after a family dispute and injury to my foot, they brought my mom's ashes to her home. You know who you are and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

At the worst time of my life, arranging the cremation of my beloved wife facing a terminal cancer diagnosis with just weeks to live, The Monarch Society provided solace, assurance and expertise to my wife and me. Tiffany treated us with empathy and professionalism during our first agonizing visit and again at the follow-up visit. She patiently and carefully answered our questions. No one should sugarcoat the terrible experience of arranging the funeral or cremation of a loved one. But Tiffany’s calm, attentive guidance to us about the process helped fill in the blanks in our knowledge, which provided us with the assurance that, as terrible as we knew our future was going to be, she and her colleagues would help us every step of the way. That assurance provided us with a modicum of peace of mind at a critical time when we plainly lacked it. Now, four months after my wife died, I can look back and thank The Monarch Society for its assistance to me and our family.
