Absolutely everything was as we wanted and needed it to be. I called before my Dad passed and spent about 40 minutes on the phone with Emily. She was sympathetic from the get go, and made me feel heard and FELT. She took time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed, and put my mind and heart at ease with her kind and knowledgeable responses. When my Dad passed 2 days later, Be a Tree was quick with the necessary logistics, but also remained respectful and patient with our grief process. Everything transpired with ease and grace, which freed us up for the processing we needed to do as a family. We love that we were able to honor Dad's wishes of cremation in a more harmonious and sustainable way, and the tree tea being used to water the land at a place of our choosing was very much in alignment with his beliefs, as well. The numerous options for honoring his life and memory with keepsakes was also lovely and has given us a means of continued tangible connection to him. From beginning to end, and all the in between, Be a Tree has been wonderful, and we are so grateful.

From the immediate response to my initial email to their tenacious battle to have Jessica's body released from the ME, to their gentle and compassionate treatment of my son and me throughout the entire process.
