Rebecca has been excellent with helping me set up an irrevocable funeral trust. She follows up and is so very friendly, courteous and professional. She has been down to earth and has met all of my needs thus far. I highly recommend.

Very disappointed with this place. They handled my mothers funeral in February 2022. As of today her headstone has not been engraved to show the date of her death. My siblings and I have made numerous calls to them with a different bs reason each time why it hasn't been done. The last call was the deciding factor that this place does not care about their patrons when the owners opinion of not having the stone done and I quote as she said "I didn't think it was that big of a deal." Then went on to say they can have my mothers stone taken back out of the ground to get it done. VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO MY MOM AND US. We paid for this service and no results. Very unhappy. I can mention some other things about the service that wasn't very professional but our main concern is the disrespect towards our loved one, my mother. Now we are told it might be done after winter.
