The warmth and grace shown from the staff here has been amazingly impressive. Our family member who has passed that way we’re taking great care of and we appreciate it. Blessing daily.

I'm going to have to do 2 reviews, this one is for that mean old black lady that was the owners "helper" for my mom's funeral.... She had a mean look on her face the moment we walked in! She followed us around giving me and my siblings mean looks the whole time during my mom's service. She had her eyes on us like a hawk very odd, very weird, very cold. Never met this lady, don't know her from the man on the moon but she was friggin Eerie . We tried ignoring her to get through the service but she made the atmosphere so nasty and weird. There Is a room where family go for coffee and to sit, we went there to have a private conversation, she followed me/us in there, acted like she was tidying up the place as she kept her mean glance on us, listening to every word we say. I noticed it and walked out so not to give her whatever "show"she was looking for. I asked for copies of moms obituaries so we would have them, and she said, "I pass those out during service", but I paid cash for this service, I want it now! I asked the director, and he had me follow her to go and get them, once in the room she tried to explain to me how and when she usually pass those around, I mean ZERO sympathy just all nasty controlling mean vibes from this old black lady (because I have no clue what her name was) The director made her go get it for me, and she still said we pass this out once everyone's seated, she literally stood there trying to convince me not to take copies!!! It was the most uncomfortable, odd, situation EVER! I have one thing to say about you "Ms. Tales from the crypt" your day is coming too B... if your alive I want you to know I hope your funeral people treat your family the way you treated ours. Funeral owners; you guys are awesome, I am a nurse , I even did home care and took care of your wife with her injections for a while, I know your good people. Not all black families want this mean old black lady ruining their services at such an important sad time of life. Thank you for your kindness, we are not a "loud" bunch, so her behavior was so unnecessary. She's nasty sir she's just nasty!

I'd like to give Draeger-Langendorf, a huge thank you, especially to you Michael, with your commitment to my family and our friends for a beautiful experience regarding my Mom (Erna Johnson) memorial service and burial. The flowers, the beautiful displays surrounding my Mother and her slideshow mesmerized me. I had hoped to give my Mom what she wanted and I can say you helped me give her that!
