They were not pushy at the initial meeting with their items to purchase, and they gave us appropriate time to think about what we wanted/needed at our daughter’s time of death. Proko’s staff helped to facilitate anything that we needed for her Celebration of Life Service, and we received many nice comments about the service, partly due to their input on the planning and help setting it up. I was very particular about the service. (I wanted it to be “just right”…and it was!) They were prompt and efficient at every point in the process.
