I’ve known the McNerneys my entire life. They have cared for every family member of mine that has passed in my lifetime. They are an icon of San Pedro, and they have the experience and resources to help eliminate one of the biggest stresses during your most difficult time. From the very first phone call, you will know that you are working with a team that cares and wants to do everything possible to make you feel better in your time of need. Their drivers exhibit the utmost professionalism. Tom later met with us and made sure we had all the information we needed to celebrate our father’s life, place him in his final resting place, and begin working on his estate. On the day of the service, Tom’s team made sure that all of our requests were addressed and that we could focus on our family. It’s been weeks since my dad has passed and representatives from McNerney’s are available if I need anything. Our experience with McNerney‘s mortuary was a very positive one. We met with Val, and she helped us make all the arrangements. She is very professional, helpful and easy to work with. When losing a loved one, it is difficult to remember all the details that need to be done. Val was extremely helpful and patient with us, and made sure everything went smoothly. The day of the services, we had a few hiccups at church, and James the driver from McNerney’s mortuary and Val were both extremely helpful.
