I am actually in Michigan. And dealing with the death and cremation of my dad in California was very complicated, and has taken over a month, due to problems/issues with one of my siblings. Cynthia & Sandra both worked hard, doing everything they could to smoth things out and get things done. They were excellent at communication throughout the process with phone calls and emails. Even taking into account the time difference between us, and the fact I am also a 3rd shift worker. I very much appreciate everything they have done to finally get things resolved and ship me my dad's ashes.
